Pay Claim News

As you will be aware, Unite conducted a Pay Claim Ballot on Thirteen’s pay offer a few weeks ago. 84% of Unite members rejected this offer. Unison members voted to accept the offer.

Further meetings have not resulted in an improvement in the offer from Thirteen. We have therefore decided to run a formal consultation ballot to establish the level of support for Industrial Action.

You should receive your ballot paper with a letter fully explaining Unite’s position at the end of this week. It is vital that you take part in the ballot, cast your vote and return the ballot paper in the pre-paid envelope provided. Please inform us of any change of address or contact us with any queries via email on info@unitene407-12.co.uk

During the process we will remain available for negotiations with the company should they wish to improve their offer.
