Pensions and Pay
Thirteen announce changes to pensions and 2022/2023 pay offer.
Today communication was sent out from Thirteen regarding the change to pensions and announcing their offer for the 2022/2023 pay award.
The company will be holding webinars on the change to pensions and we urge members to attend. You will also receive a letter to advise if you are affected by the changes. If you have any questions regarding the change to pensions your Unite Workplace Reps are on hand to offer guidance and support.
Management also put their pay offer for 2022/2023 on the table. The offer is as follows:
All tier 3 to tier 6 colleagues to receive a consolidated 3% pay award onto salaries
A 3% increase to all non-HMRC allowances (eg shift or standby allowances)
A 3% pay award to apprentices (noting that apprentice salaries fall outside the scope of our usual pay negotiations)
Track the Living Wage Foundation rate for entry level roles
A commitment to review our total reward offer.
Your Workplace Reps negotiate for you, we would like to hear your opinion on Thirteen’s offer. We will shortly be sending a survey out to gauge members opinion on the pay offer. This is to survey opinion. It is not a ballot at this stage
