With vaccines rolling out and lockdown restrictions beginning to ease, the end of the pandemic could well be in sight. However, we do still need to remember that Covid-19 is extremely infectious and that we all must continue to take precautions.

Please ensure that you have a good supply of and that you wear PPE. Risk Assessments and SOP’s are in place to protect you, please read, understand and follow them. If you are having difficulty reading them ask your line manager to provide hard copies. Health and Safety are doing spot checks so please make sure you have read and are following all RA’s and SOP’s.

It was brought to our attention that many operatives aren’t charging or using Lone Working Devices. Management get weekly reports on the use of these devices and going forward will be issuing Firm Management Guidance to those not using them.

Covid is still posing a threat to us all, if you don’t feel safe to carry out work, don’t do it!
