Pay Ballot Result

After a short pay negotiation with management, they declared their final offer for your 2022/23 pay rise to be 3% with an extra days holiday to take on your birthday.

We balloted you, our members and the results were as follows:

94% voted to reject the offer and 6% voted to accept.

We have informed management of the results and will be meeting with them to discuss the situation shortly. We will inform you of the outcome.
